Considered the Father of Mixed Martial Arts, Bruce Lee developed JKD to be the "artless art," formless, but able to assume any form to deal with a situation or opponent. We look forward to teaching you this incredible system of self-defense, self-reliance, and ultimately self-expression.

Cancellation Policy
You enter martial arts training and/or competition entirely of your own free will and understand the importance of following the rules of training and competition. You grant permission, in case of injury, to have a doctor, nurse, our staff, or other emergency medical personnel provide you with medical assistance or treatment for such injury. You recognize and understand that use of the techniques, movements, and attacks learned in CJKD classes or seminars can cause death, broken bones, severe injury, or serious bodily harm. You understand that the use of such techniques, movements, and attacks on living beings may be illegal and can result in legal action against you. You recognize and understand that use of the techniques, movements, and attacks learned in CJKD classes or seminars is not intended to guarantee your or anyone else’s safety. You understand that violent situations and criminal violence are unpredictable and that no guarantees of safety are possible. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees from any loss, liability, damage, judgment awards, or costs, including court costs and attorneys’ fees, that they may incur due to your participation in said activities or subrogation suits or claims, whether caused by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise. You understand and acknowledge that participation in sports of this kind (Martial Arts) is unreasonably, unnecessarily, and inherently dangerous. Serious injuries, blindness, and death may result from ordinary, general, and future negligence, and such injuries or death are an inherent risk of the activities associated with participation. You recognize and understand that this document applies to all current and future classes, events, and activities you (or your child) choose to participate in. You release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Chesapeake Jeet Kune Do LLC, its affiliated organizations and governing bodies, their officers, instructors, and personnel, other members of the organizations, participants, supervisors, coaches, sponsoring organizations or their agents, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises from any and all liability.
