Class Description
This isn’t movie Wing Chun. This is real, pressure-tested Ip Man Wing Chun built for real-world fights. In this class, you’ll learn how to dominate at close range using fast hands, clean structure, and ruthless efficiency. Wing Chun is about controlling the centerline, shutting down attacks before they build momentum, and overwhelming your opponent with speed, timing, and precision. You’ll train: Chain punching & straight-line striking, Centerline control & hand trapping, Chi Sao (sticky hands) for reflexes and timing, Close-range defense against punches, grabs, and pressure, Structure, balance, and body mechanics.

You release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Chesapeake Jeet Kune Do LLC, its affiliated organizations and governing bodies, their officers, instructors, and personnel, other members of the organizations, participants, supervisors, coaches, sponsoring organizations or their agents, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of the premises from any and all liability.
