What's a Lab?
Sunday's only service with gut checks and triangle chokes!
Think of it as open season on bad habits. Every Sunday we blend Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Judo, Brazilian Jiujitsu, and more into one big testing ground.
You'll learn not by simply following the coach, but trying out movements that work for your unique body type. That's why it's a lab.
You'll try new things, trade rounds, and occasionally trade poor life choices. Nobody keeps score, everybody gets better, and if you leave without sweating, you probably showed up to the wrong building!
