Chesapeake JKD Opening Day Seminar

A 4 hour seminar covering the fundamentals of the original art of Jeet Kune Do. We will cover footwork, punches, kicks, and defensive maneuvers.

This will provide you with an introduction to our school and the basics you'll need to continue training and ultimately find freedom of expression through martial art.

Age: Adults and 13+

Recommended: Bring your own water bottle (with water) and a towel.

Optional: Wear a cup (not required), Bring hand wraps and/or MMA gloves (not required)

Required: No shoes allowed in the training area. When you register, please download and fill out the participant waiver on the event page. The completed form is required upon arrival at the seminar prior to beginning. Bottom-line is training is voluntary and students assume inherent risk with martial arts training. There will be blank waivers available at the seminar as well.
