A 4 hour seminar covering the fundamentals of the original art of Jeet Kune Do. We will cover footwork, punches, kicks, and defensive maneuvers.
This will provide you with an introduction to our school and the basics you'll need to continue training and ultimately find freedom of expression through martial art.
Age: Adults and 13+
Recommended: Bring your own water bottle (with water) and a towel.
Optional: Wear a cup (not required), Bring hand wraps and/or MMA gloves (not required)
